Mountain Culture Beer Co started in Katoomba in the Blue Mountains and has become one of the most sought after names in Australian hazy beer. Snakes On A Bus is a double dry hopped IPA brewed in collaboration with Other Half Brewing of New York, a meeting of two breweries with the same obsession for hop character.

The hops were hand selected for the brew, and the result is a glass overflowing with sweet mango, passionfruit pulp and lime sorbet, with a hint of strawberries and cream lollies sitting underneath.

Soft, hazy and restrained on bitterness, it puts all its weight into aroma and fruit flavour. Drink it as fresh as you can get it and straight from the fridge, which is when the hops are at their brightest.
