Manly Spirits Co. opened in 2017 as the first artisan distillery on Sydney's Northern Beaches, founded by David Whittaker and Vanessa Wilton and now working out of Brookvale. The house is known for building spirits around Australian botanicals, including coastal and marine ingredients foraged close to home.
This liqueur puts two tropical fruits together. Lychee brings its perfumed, floral sweetness, while dragonfruit adds a softer, more delicate note and a gentle acidity that stops the whole thing from turning syrupy.
Made for mixing above all else, whether that is a lychee martini, a spritz over ice with soda, or a splash lengthening a gin or vodka highball.
