Our third barrel of Jack Daniel’s Barrel Proof #3 - Flavourful and Balanced - Bottle yield 210

Upon the initial encounter, the nose is greeted by a symphony of maple sugars and toasted oak, heightened by a delicate touch of candied orange that adds a citrusy zest.

The mouthfeel is thick and velvety texture. Vanilla and Banana sweetness coats the tongue, a moreish extremely balanced delight.

The lingering vanilla sweetness is complemented by a delicate interplay of wood spice. Sweet maple sugars again all the way to the finish, and candied fruits coming into play before the flavour rounds off.
