This is another very unusual but incredibly flavorsome creation from Dan Woolley at Highwayman whisky. This time we see HWM signature peated spirit aged in 100L French oak super Apera cask for 26 months before being finished in a wet refill 20L American oak ex rye whiskey cask for just over 4 months.
