Introducing the latest addition to our coveted "Rose Series" from Heartwood & TIB Stables. A distillery release that Tim has affectionately called A Renowned NSW Distillery on his own versions of this spirit.
Following the success of our previous releases - "Wouldn’t Have The Heart" (Botrytis Cask) and "A Rose Between Two Thorns" (Oloroso Cask) - we proudly present "The Rose That Grew From Concrete." Inspired by a resilient Rose thriving amidst Sydney's urban landscape.
We've eagerly awaited the perfect moment to unveil this exceptional bottling, ensuring it stands apart with its unique character. While not labeled as a single cask like its predecessors, this spirit remains pure and untouched, a testament to Tim's meticulous cask selection. Initially matured in an Oloroso cask for 5 years, it then underwent a transformative two-year finish in a 50-year-old Port Cask.
Limited to just 60 bottles, each bottled at a robust 60.3%, this whisky entices with its rich aroma of deep red fruits, forest berries, and dark chocolate, leading to a palate of sweet dark fruits and maple, culminating in a finish accented by aged oak.
Perfectly timed for Valentine's, surprise your loved one with a unique rose this year - a bottle of our exquisite creation.
