Fever Tree Dry Ginger Ale 500ml

Fever-Tree Dry Ginger Ale is made by Fever-Tree, the British premium mixer company founded in London in 2004 by Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow. Rolls came from the gin industry and Warrillow from advertising, and the pair set out to build mixers worthy of the premium spirits they sit alongside, sourcing ingredients directly from their place of origin rather than relying on artificial flavourings.

This is a dry, spice-forward ginger ale with a clean, crisp profile rather than a sweet one. Warm ginger heat is lifted by a fresh, almost citrus-like brightness, with a lingering peppery finish and a soft, fine carbonation that keeps the palate light. It is built to lengthen dark spirits without overwhelming them, and works across whisky, bourbon, rum and brandy, as well as on its own over ice.

The flavour comes from essential oils drawn from a blend of three gingers: a warm, spicy variety from Cochin in India, a fresh green ginger from the Ivory Coast that brings a lemongrass-like freshness, and Nigerian ginger for depth and intensity. It is blended with spring water and contains no artificial sweeteners, preservatives or artificial flavourings.
