Famille Paquet Macon-Villages Nos Cinq Terroirs 750ml

The grapes for this cuvée come from different plots in Mâcon-Prissé, Mâcon-Davayé, Mâcon-Fuissé, Mâcon-Lugny and Mâcon-Loché, which stretch from the north to the south of the appellation, all of which benefit from south and southeast exposures. The grapes are harvested by hand and sorted again at the winery. The slow and cool fermentation takes place with the natural yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The aging takes place for about 6-7 months on the lees, also in steel tanks. This wine glistens in a pale golden hue. The bouquet is dominated by scents of green apple, citrus, hints of peach, and white blossoms. On tasting, it presents a harmonious balance, freshness, characteristic apple notes, touches of citrus, a subtle saline minerality, and a vibrant acidity. Organically grown.
