Domaine Zind-Humbrecht Pinot Gris Turckheim 2024 750ml

A classic village-level Pinot Gris from Domaine Zind-Humbrecht, the benchmark biodynamic estate based in Turckheim in the heart of Alsace. The family's winemaking roots trace back to 1620 and the modern domaine was founded in 1959, now run by Olivier Humbrecht MW.

Drawn from estate-grown vines on the gravel soils around the Fecht valley, this sits at the entry of the domaine's extensive range. Expect ripe pear, quince and white peach, a subtle smoky note and a generous, textured palate with a gentle fruit sweetness balanced by fresh acidity.

Fruit is hand-harvested from biodynamically certified vineyards and fermented with native yeasts, then matured on fine lees in large traditional oak foudres for a long, unhurried élevage before bottling.
