Domaine Gueguen 1er Cru Vaillons Chablis 2022 750ml

The Gueguen Vaillons is sourced from a small, southeast-facing plot of 45-year-old vines at 180 metres in Vaillons on clay/limestone soils. The fruit was pressed as whole bunches and fermented naturally in stainless steel at cool temperatures. The wine went through full malolactic conversion and rested on fine lees in tank for six months.
