Domaine de Montille Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2023 750ml

Domaine de Montille's Bourgogne Pinot Noir is sourced primarily from the Les Longbois lieu-dit in Volnay, with additional fruit from Puligny-Montrachet and Corpeau — some vines exceeding 90 years of age. Organic since 1995 and biodynamic since 2005, this is an exemplary regional Burgundy from one of the Côte de Beaune's most respected estates.

Vinified with approximately one-third whole-cluster fermentation, traditionally macerated, and aged in 20 to 30% new oak barriques before being bottled unfiltered at 13% ABV. Elegant and light-bodied with fresh raspberry and red cherry fruit, floral lift, silky tannins and a minty herbal note — a pure, refined introduction to the domaine's style.
