Domaine de Montille's Bourgogne Chardonnay is sourced from two plots near Puligny-Montrachet, farmed to the same rigorous biodynamic standards as the domaine's Premier and Grand Cru holdings. Organic since 1995 and biodynamic since 2005, this is an entry-level wine in name only — the Puligny-adjacent sourcing gives it a mineral, focused character well above its appellation.

Fermented in 228-litre and 600-litre barrels (5 to 20% new) before being moved to tank to preserve freshness, this is a bright, mineral-driven Chardonnay with citrus, white stone fruit and a clean, precise finish. An exceptional value introduction to one of Burgundy's most respected estates.
