Clos des 60 Ouvrées is the flagship wine of Domaine de la Pousse d'Or — a monopole sitting entirely within the En Caillerets Premier Cru in Volnay. This approximately 2.3-hectare walled vineyard straddles the border with Meursault and contains vines from the 1950s and 1980s. It is widely regarded as one of Volnay's finest single sites.
Certified biodynamic under Demeter since 2018, the wine is aged 15 months in oak (30% new) and bottled unfined and unfiltered. A wine of extraordinary refinement — perfumed, silky and intensely concentrated, with a mineral precision and depth that reward years of patient cellaring.
