Domaine Collotte is a family estate based in Marsannay, at the northern end of Burgundy's Côte de Nuits, where Isabelle Collotte crafts wines of honest character and fine value. This Bourgogne Blanc is her regional Chardonnay, a fresh and approachable introduction to the domaine's white winemaking.
It offers bright aromas of lemon zest, white flowers and crisp orchard fruit, with a subtle creamy note adding roundness. The palate is fresh and nicely balanced, with citrus and orchard flavours carried by lively acidity through to a clean, refreshing finish.
