Demonio De Los Andes Pisco De Ica Acholada 700ml

Pisco originates from the distillation process of alcohols that are derived exclusively from the fermentation of ripe grapes, as per traditional methods. This unique beverage stands as the traditional wine eau de vie of Peru, with its distinctiveness owed to the ideal terroir and the authentic mode of production that employs only wine wort. During production, the mature grape is pressed, the wort is then purified and subsequently fermented. Following its transformation into alcohol, the wort undergoes distillation in stills.

Pisco Demonio, a rendition of this beverage, is crafted by the Vina Tacama company located in the Ica region to the south of Lima within the Pisco valleys.
