Crown Royal Black is a richer, bolder take on the classic Canadian blend. The master blenders age this whisky in charred oak barrels and bottle it at a higher proof than the original Crown Royal, building a fuller body and a deeper, darker flavour profile.
The nose opens with rich oak and sweet maple. On the palate it is creamy and velvety, with dried fruit notes led by fig, before moving into a deeper, bourbon-style finish that still carries the smooth signature of the Crown Royal house.
