A village-level Pommard from Confuron-Cotetidot, a domaine celebrated for its uncompromising, traditional Burgundy winemaking. The 2022 vintage across the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune was warm but beautifully balanced, offering red fruit, floral lift and silky tannins with bright natural acidity.
True to house style, this is made from 100% whole-cluster fermentation with no destemming, late-harvested for ripe stems, macerated for two to three weeks, and aged up to two years in barrel. Pommard's deep clay soils bring added weight and structure to the domaine's distinctive style — expect a concentrated, firmly built wine with excellent ageing potential.
