Aux Vignerondes is a Premier Cru vineyard on the northern end of the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation, covering 3.8 hectares planted entirely to Pinot Noir. Confuron-Cotetidot's rendition brings the domaine's distinctive, uncompromising style to this respected climat.
Made from 100% whole-cluster fermentation with no destemming, late-harvested for fully ripe stems, macerated for two to three weeks, and aged up to two years in barrel. The 2022 vintage was warm but beautifully balanced across the Côte de Nuits, and this wine delivers cherry, dark fruit, leather and smoke with the concentration and firm structure that reward patient cellaring.
