Cocchi Chinato Cocchi 750ml

This is an aromatised wine produced in the Piedmont region of Italy using Barbera grapes and infused with quinine bark and various herbs. It has a translucent alizarin red color with light crimson edges. The aroma is bright and fresh, showcasing notes of grapefruit, rhubarb, sage, bay leaf, and cardamom. On the palate, it offers gently bitter flavors of fresh red grapes, Summer pudding, gentian, and incense, leading to a warming, mildly tannic, bone dry finish. It is incredibly refreshing on its own, but can also be enjoyed over ice with a splash of soda.
