Clos Cibonne Tibouren Cuvée Tradition Rosé 2024 1500ml

Clos Cibonne is one of the most distinctive estates in Provence, a Cru Classé property near Le Pradet that has long championed the rare local Tibouren grape. Its Cuvée Tradition Rosé is unlike any other, aged under a veil of flor in large old oak foudres, a method that gives the wine remarkable texture and complexity.

Presented here in magnum, it pours a beautiful copper-pink and offers aromas of wild strawberry, orange zest and stone fruit, woven with garrigue herbs, spice and a savoury, briny edge. The palate is fleshy yet taut, delicate and crystalline, with a long, gently peppery finish.

A serious, food-loving rosé that can even age, it is wonderful with seafood, grilled fish, Mediterranean dishes and roast chicken, and the magnum makes it perfect for sharing.
