Chimay Grand Reserve is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma and a complex flavour, which only improves across the years. Chimay Trappist brewery was founded inside Scourmont Abbey, in the Belgian municipality of Chimay in 1862 and Chimay Grand Reserve is truly exceptional, which was originally first brewed as a Christmas beer. Fresh and fragrant, Chimay Grand Reserve has a lovely yeast character that drives floral aromatics and smooth, malty caramel notes. It is best served at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).
