Chai Saint-Etienne is a 27-hectare family estate in south-west France, located around 20 minutes south of Cahors in the heart of the Coteaux du Quercy appellation. Run by the Gisbert and Quèbre families, with vines wrapping around the village church of Saint-Etienne, the domaine has been in continuous operation since 1778.
A dry rosé from the Coteaux du Quercy AOC, typically a blend of Cabernet Franc and Gamay. Expect fresh aromas of stone fruit, raspberry and strawberry, with a light, crisp and textural palate and a clean, dry finish. A versatile south-west French rosé made for easy drinking and good company.
Vinified traditionally in a direct-press style to preserve the fresh, fruit-driven character of the blend.
