Baileys Cream Original 1L

Baileys Original Irish Cream is the world's best selling cream liqueur, produced in Ireland by R & A Bailey & Co., a Diageo subsidiary, with production based in Dublin and at Mallusk in Northern Ireland. Created in 1974, Baileys was the first Irish cream liqueur and remains the category benchmark, drawing on Ireland's twin traditions of dairy farming and whiskey distilling. The fresh dairy cream is sourced from Irish farms and delivered daily to the production facility.

The liqueur shows a smooth, light caramel colour with a velvety texture. The aromatics combine fresh dairy cream with soft vanilla, cocoa and a gentle backbone of Irish whiskey. The palate is rich and rounded, layering cream, chocolate and vanilla with a subtle whiskey warmth, finishing long, sweet and silky.

Baileys is made by homogenising fresh Irish dairy cream with triple-distilled Irish whiskey, neutral spirit, sugar, cocoa and vanilla, producing a stable emulsion without the use of preservatives. It is well suited to serving over ice, stirred through coffee, shaken into cocktails such as an Espresso Martini, or poured over desserts.
