Ararat is the legendary name in Armenian brandy, a tradition rooted in the sun soaked vineyards of the Ararat valley and carried on by one of the world's most storied brandy houses. This Coffee expression is a modern, indulgent twist on that heritage, marrying the depth of aged Armenian brandy with the rich aroma of roasted coffee.
Deep amber in the glass with coffee toned highlights, it opens with an inviting bouquet of roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate and soft caramel-vanilla. The palate is smooth and velvety, layering mocha and caramel over a gentle creaminess, all underpinned by the warm, woody character of the base brandy.
The finish is warm and lingering, with coffee and a soft oak undertone rounding things off. Delicious served on its own over ice, alongside dessert, or stirred into after dinner cocktails.
