Ararat is one of Armenia's most celebrated names in brandy, produced in Yerevan and drawing on a long Armenian tradition of grape spirit. This expression is a flavoured brandy that combines the brand's classic character with the essence of ripe cherries for a smooth, fruit-forward drink.
Crafted from Armenian grapes and matured in Caucasian oak, it pours a deep ruby hue and opens with aromas of ripe cherry, subtle spice and a hint of almond. The palate is generous and lightly sweet, with candied cherry richness, a touch of chocolate and a balancing note of bitter almond.
It is best enjoyed chilled or over ice, and works beautifully in lighter cocktails, particularly alongside pomegranate or cranberry juice.
