Absolut is distilled in a single source at Ã…hus in southern Sweden, using winter wheat from the surrounding farmland and water drawn from the town's own well. The flavoured expressions follow the same continuous distillation, with natural flavour added and no sugar.
Peach gives the house spirit a soft summer character. The nose is all ripe stone fruit, peach and nectarine lifted by white blossom and a trace of citrus zest. The palate follows through juicy and smooth, peach and apricot over a light herbal undertone, with a texture that leans creamy rather than sharp.
The finish is fruity and only faintly dry. An easy mixer for a Bellini style spritz, a peach mule, or simply topped with soda and a wedge of lime over ice.
