Darkness is a collection of intensely sherried whiskies. Every whisky in their range has undergone their signature maturation of 6-months in sherried octave casks, rewarding the drinker with unparalleled richness and depth of flavour. Their octave or quarter casks are specially hand-coopered to provide a hugely increased surface area-to-volume ratio. These tiny 64L vessels result in the liquid yielding maximum richness and depth, along with an alluring 100% natural red amber colour.

After at least six months of convergence, the spirit is transformed and alive with sherry flavour. This signature maturation process has been undertaken by every Darkness Whisky.
