A character filled expression of Rye from boutique New York City based producer Widow Jane, this spirit is aged in bourbon barrels with new oak staves added. Handcrafted, rather than manufactured, you will notice some sediment as Widow Jane doesn't chill filter their spirits, preferring to retain all the character and authenticity on display. A powerful expression here with black pepper, earthy caramel, fresh plums and a hint of dried herbs.
