Sunraysia Five Star Apple Juice is made of a blend of Australian apples including Pink Lady and Red Delicious. Pink Lady has a pink blush over a greenish yellow base skin. Known as the Queen of apples, it is a crisp apple with a dense, firm flesh and an excellent, almost effervescent flavour. Red Delicious has a deep to bright red colour with mild sweet flavours and only a few notes of acidity. We get the pick of the Apples from our orchards in the hills overlooking the famous Barossa Valley Wine growing region of Australia. Not from concentrate, no preservatives, nothing artificial, and nothing genetically modified.
