Penfolds Bin 600 is part of the Penfolds California Collection, an expression of the house's celebrated winemaking philosophy applied to fruit grown in California. It blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, two varieties Penfolds has paired with great success over many decades.

The result is a generous, full-bodied red showing ripe dark berry and plum flavours, cassis and a lift of spice, framed by the firm structure of Cabernet and the plush generosity of Shiraz. Time in oak adds notes of cedar, mocha and fine-grained tannin, building a wine that is both approachable and structured.
