In 2024, Mulline introduces a new wine to its portfolio: a 100% Chardonnay crafted from Geelong's diverse sub-regions in Victoria. The final blend is derived from four vineyard sources, including Sutherlands Creek in Moorabool Valley, Barrabool in Barrabool Hills, and Portarlington in Bellarine Peninsula. The fermentation process utilizes a combination of old and new French Oak barriques and hogsheads, with 10% new oak and 20% passing through malolactic fermentation.
