Miles Mossop Kika 2020 375ml

This is a Noble Late Harvest made from 100% Chenin blanc.

The wine displays a rich golden hue. Intense aromas of dried apricots, quince jelly, arrange blossom and ginger spice emanate from the glass.
The entry onto the palate is intense mirroring the characters on the nose, the mid-palate is full and rich with a creamy texture. This all leads to a finish which is surprisingly fresh and intensely spicey. The wine has a perfect balanced between acidity, alcohol and sugar.

Food Pairing: Fresh pan seared Foie Gras or Foie gras pate served on Crostini and herb salad; or served with a dessert of crepes and a citrus syrup; or ripe hard cheese and nuts.
