The Koval Distillery Whiskey Gift Pack brings together three of Koval's single barrel American whiskeys, Rye, Millet and Four Grain, presented in a kraft carry box printed with the Chicago skyline. Koval was the first distillery to open in Chicago since Prohibition, and every spirit is distilled on site at its Ravenswood Avenue home.

Koval works grain to bottle using certified organic grains sourced from Midwest family farms. Only the heart of each distillation run is kept, with the heads and tails discarded, and each bottle is drawn from a single barrel rather than blended, so subtle variations from barrel to barrel are part of the character.

The Rye is made from a mash bill of 100% organic rye, far above the minimum most rye whiskeys use, giving a bold, spicy profile. The Millet is an unusual whiskey made with millet as its grain, a rarity in American distilling, offering a gentle natural sweetness. The Four Grain combines oats, malted barley, wheat and rye for a creamy, layered whiskey with a touch of spice.
