Drawn from the same 11-year Heaven Hill rye mash bill as its companion release, this barrel matured in the Shenley rickhouse, producing a whiskey with exceptional balance, silky texture and beautifully integrated sweetness. Bottled at 122.5 proof, it delivers impressive depth while allowing the distillery's signature caramel and vanilla character to shine through.
Nose: Sweet caramel and vanilla lead the way, followed by soft toasted oak, light honey and a delicate thread of rye spice.
Palate: Balanced and silky, with layers of vanilla, caramel and light toffee unfolding into gentle barrel spice, while subtle rye carries neatly through the mid-palate.
Finish: Long, mellow and warming, lingering with sweet oak, soft baking spice and a gentle Kentucky hug.
