Dom Pérignon is a vintage-only Champagne, named after the Benedictine monk of Hautvillers Abbey, and its Rosé Vintage is made only in selected years. Each release is an assemblage of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay drawn from select Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, from villages such as Verzenay, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Hautvillers, Chouilly, Cramant and Avize.
What sets the rosé apart is a portion of Pinot Noir vinified as still red wine and added to the blend. This shapes its colour, aromatic lift and texture, giving a vinous, structured style with red fruit and floral character.
The exact blend varies with each vintage. This bottle comes presented in a Dom Pérignon gift box.
