Dewar's 21 Year Old Double Double Blended Scotch Whisky 500ml

Dewar's 21 Year Old Double Double is a blended Scotch whisky created by Dewar's master blender, building on the house's signature double-ageing tradition. Each component is aged for at least twenty-one years, and the whisky is crafted through a meticulous four-stage process in which single malts and grain whiskies are married separately before being blended and then finished in first-fill ex-sherry casks, an approach designed to build layer upon layer of flavour.

The extra maturation shows in the glass. The nose offers chocolate, caramel and vanilla alongside crystallised orange, plum and black cherry. The palate is smooth and indulgent, with honeyed almonds, rich dark chocolate and juicy tropical fruit, deepened by bold sherry-soaked fruit, gingersnap spice and a touch of coffee. It closes with gentle smoke and lingering spice.

Presented in a 500ml bottle, this is a refined, after-dinner style of blended Scotch made for slow, considered sipping, ideal as a gift or a special-occasion dram.
