Caroline Morey crafts elegant, terroir-driven wines from her family holdings across the Côte de Beaune. The daughter of Jean-Marc Morey and granddaughter of Albert Morey, she farms her old vines traditionally and works with a minimalist, precise hand in the cellar. This Pinot Noir comes from Les Grèves, one of the most highly regarded premier cru vineyards in Beaune.
Deep cherry-red in the glass, it offers intense aromas of red fruits and gentle spice. The palate is full-bodied yet fresh, with vibrant fruit, finely woven tannins and a silky, refined finish that speaks of its distinguished origin.
Approachable in its youth, it also carries the balance and structure to reward a few years in the cellar.
