That Boutique-y Gin Company Yuzu Gin has aromas of measured and composed citrus with sweet Amalfi lemon and tart, blending with clean juniper notes and vanilla. Added perfume from subtle floral notes blend with a backdrop of zesty blood oranges. A prominent palate of citrus and continues to sharpen. Heady blossom notes of fizzy orange, lemon sorbet and juicy grapefruit blend together in an enjoyably creamy texture. Subtle prickles of aromatic coriander and spicy juniper provide depth. An earthy pine finish with a spicy bite of ginger to temper the lingering cirtus.
