Black Snake ASP Joven 500ml

Asp Joven is an Australian-produced 'paddock to bottle agave spirit'. The Agave americana plants used in its production are harvested when they are between 15 to 20 years of age and then roasted in a pit for a period of 5 to 7 days. The process also involves fermentation in stainless steel using rainwater, followed by distillation in copper.

The result is a well-balanced spirit with a long finish that reveals undertones of green pepper, spices, and subtle green notes.

While Asp Joven is ideally enjoyed neat from custom-made copitas, it is also highly versatile, proving to be an excellent choice for concoctions such as margaritas, Palomas, or any cocktail that calls for agave.
