An intriguing tale surrounds Mortimer, whose untimely demise at the hands of a younger pig resulted in an unusual tribute—the mounted head of the aggressor now adorns the distillery's tasting room. Legend has it that the bacon from the aggressor was as tasty as WhistlePig whiskey.
