Barrel and Batch - Michter's Dinner and Bourbon Event Prize Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in the Michter's Dinner and Bourbon Event Prize ("Prize") offered by Barrel and Batch ("We," "Our," or "Barrel and Batch") on www.barrelandbatch.com.au ("Website"). By participating in the Prize, you ("Participant" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility:
1. To be eligible for the Prize, Participants must be residents of Australia.
2. Participants must be of legal drinking age in their respective state or territory at the time of participation.

Prize Details:
1. The Prize includes one (1) ticket to the exclusive Michter's dinner and bourbon event worth $350, held on Saturday, 20th April 2024, and two (2) bottles of the winner's choice from the Michter's US1 collection. The total Prize value is $500.
2. Flights to Sydney, transport, or accommodation are not included in the Prize.

Entry Criteria:
1. Participants must purchase a bottle from the Michter's US1 collection on the Website before 11:59 pm AEST on Sunday, 7th April 2024, to be eligible for the Prize.
2. Each purchase of a bottle from the Michter's US1 collection constitutes one entry into the Prize draw.
3. Entries received after the specified deadline will not be considered.

Winner Selection:
1. The winner of the Prize will be chosen at random from eligible entries.
2. The winner will be notified via phone or email on Monday, 8th April 2024.
3. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the initial attempt, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, Barrel and Batch reserves the right to choose an alternative winner.

Prize Acceptance:
1. The winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of notification.
2. If the winner is unable to attend the Michter's dinner and bourbon event on the specified date, they must forfeit the Prize, and a second winner will be chosen.
3. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.

General Conditions:
1. By participating in the Prize, Participants agree to allow Barrel and Batch to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
2. Barrel and Batch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Prize or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
3. Barrel and Batch's decisions regarding the Prize draw and winner selection are final and binding.
4. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Barrel and Batch, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the Prize or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.
5. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
