Meet Dan
Hawksburn will be led by store manager Dan.
Dan’s path into wine has taken him from restaurant floors to fine wine retail, from working with importers to spending time in some of France’s most respected regions. Along the way, he’s built a deep understanding of both classic producers and emerging talent - and a reputation for making great wine feel approachable.
More recently, Dan founded his own wine business, running tastings and education sessions across Australia, before taking the opportunity to work a vintage in Châteauneuf-du-Pape - an experience he’s been invited back to repeat.
