Barrel & Batch – William Larue Weller Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Barrel & Batch Pty Ltd (ABN: 49 679 072 434), located at 54 Hunter Road, Derrimut VIC 3026, Australia. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third party unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

  • To enter, participants must purchase a bottle of Weller Antique 107 – Single Barrel #2 from www.barrelandbatch.com.au by 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday, 27 May 2025.

  • Each qualifying purchase grants one entry. Multiple entries are permitted with separate qualifying purchases.

  • Employees of Barrel & Batch, their immediate families, and any associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 7:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 14 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday, 27 May 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. Prize
The prize consists of one (1) bottle of William Larue Weller, valued at $1,299 AUD. The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on Wednesday, 28 May 2025, and the winner will be announced during the Batch Up live stream hosted by Barrel & Batch.

6. Notification
The winner will be contacted directly using the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Barrel & Batch reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Publicity
By entering, participants consent to their name being announced during the live stream and published on Barrel & Batch’s website and social media channels. Entrants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

8. General

  • Barrel & Batch reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

  • The promoter is not responsible for technical issues or other disruptions that may affect participation.

  • Barrel & Batch may cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if unforeseen circumstances occur.

9. Liquor Licensing
Barrel & Batch supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. This giveaway complies with all applicable liquor laws and licensing requirements in Australia.
