Worksmith Pornstar Martini 750ml

The Pornstar Martini is a hard one to clean up as traditionally it would have a shot of Prosecco on the side. For this we've just used Vodka as the base and two types of passionfruit in there, and a little bit of vanilla instead of vanilla vodka. Some verjus were then added to tie in the sparkling wine component or the wine component of the drink, but also to add a little bit of texture and acidity to the finished product as well.
