Like a Ghostbusters film, Wolf of The Willows' S’mores-man beers just won’t stop. Unlike Ghostbusters, they remain good, enjoyable, and maybe even get better as the years tick by. First brewed in 2020, they’ve since twisted the marshmallow and graham cracker (which I believe in America, is called gram cracker – GRAM!??) beer to include Black Forest, while 2025’s creation added salted caramel and let it sit for a couple of years in barrels.

Unsurprisingly, there's no shortage of sweet, marshmallowy vanilla, caramel richness, and further sweetness that’s like biting straight into a chocolate biscuit. That time in oak seems to have added brown sugar and vanilla notes that are a little broader and less overtly sweet than where marshmallow tends to lead you, while the sea salt really stands its ground, providing a counterbalance to the richness and the beer's lactose-enhanced slick side.
