Furneaux Distillery Smoky Wedding Peated Single Malt Whisky 700ml

A unique blend of Flinders Island coastal peated malt and Scottish peated malt forms the backbone of this whisky’s mash bill. After maturing for over three years in 50L American oak ex-bourbon casks, it emerges with a character all its own.

On the nose, you’ll find briny notes and the warmth of savoury biscuits. The front palate is bright yet soft, offering barley sugar and a touch of melon. The finish is bold and sweet, with earthy peat accompanied by hints of floral and medicinal notes. Light, salty, and incredibly moreish, this whisky strikes a beautiful balance.
