Express Winemakers is always about creating great expressions of the different smaller sub-regions of Western Australia as well as making delicious and super drinkable wines. A touch riper than most south west Chenin from a long barrel ferment, with oyster-shell mineral notes in abundance. Created with Chenin dry grown and organic in practice in Mount Barker (within the Great Southern region) this is a stunning white just in time for the right weather for a wine with loads of character and just that textural saline note that makes you go mmmm.
