The Akita Prefecture stretches from the Sea of Japan to the Ōu Mountains, Japan's longest mountain range. It is from these majestic mountains that Etsu Double Orange Gin derives its fresh and light aromatic profile.

This gin undergoes a meticulous seven-day maceration process utilizing traditional botanicals, including Japanese bitter orange peel, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, and coriander. Post-maceration, the gin is distilled without the botanicals to ensure the oils properly infuse into the spirit. The final touch involves adding pure mountain-sourced water after distillation, imparting a distinctive freshness to the gin.
