The 2025 release was drawn from barrels aged up to eighteen years and four months, then bottled uncut at a commanding 50.5% ABV to preserve every ounce of character developed over nearly two decades in new charred American white oak.
The nose brims with dark cherry, seasoned oak, caramel, and vanilla bean, layered with leather and warm baking spice. On the palate, rich toffee and dried stone fruit mingle with toasted oak, tobacco leaf, and a measured pepper spice, all carried by a full, silky mouthfeel. The finish is exceptionally long and refined — seasoned oak tannins give way to vanilla cream, dried fruit, and a lingering warmth of black tea and cocoa.
