Capucana Cachaca 700ml

Cachaça is a highly regarded spirit derived from sugar cane and is widely enjoyed in Brazil. While its availability is limited, we are thrilled to announce the arrival of the exquisite CapuCana Cachaça on our island. This particular cachaça is meticulously crafted in Piracicaba, near Sao Paulo, using three distinct sugar cane varieties and is aged for three years prior to bottling. Its aromatic profile reveals refreshing hints of aloe vera, orange, and biscuits. On the palate, it exhibits characteristics reminiscent of rum, accompanied by subtle notes of honey blossom and stewed fruit.

The nose of this cachaça showcases enticing elements of apricot, oak, leather, biscuit, orange fudge, and a touch of black pepper. Meanwhile, its palate exudes a rum-like essence intertwined with flavors of vanilla, pears, and honey. The finish is notably prolonged, leaving behind a creamy, sweet, floral, and citrusy sensation.
