Introducing the fourth installment of the esteemed Select Cask Series - #004 Ginger Beer Finish. This unique release emerged from an unforeseen circumstance in 2022, when a less than optimally carbonated batch of the Sparkling Spiced Ginger Beer + Native Finger Lime ready-to-drink cocktail was produced. Refusing to let this flavorful albeit slightly flat batch go to waste, Head Distiller Shane Casey seized the opportunity to transform this mishap into a remarkable creation.

Matured in an exquisite selection of French and American Oak wine barrels and finished for one month in Spiced Ginger Beer barrels, this limited finish period has imparted a vibrant ginger zest to an already complex rum profile. The resulting symphony of flavors includes enticing notes of lime, vanilla, cinnamon, honey, stone fruit, and Anzac biscuits.
